Asset managers should use real-world emissions for net zero targets, says ShareAction

Non-profit ShareAction has set five expectations for asset managers to help them set interim emissions reduction targets that will actually deliver a net zero economy by 2050.

In the first of a series of reports aimed at improving the way asset managers invest responsibly, ShareAction has urged managers to base targets on absolute emissions, instead of other metrics.
