Experts urge companies to prove claims are measurable, and not greenwashing

“Regenerative agriculture” has become a catch-all buzz term for companies claiming to be working with farmers to help them become more sustainable. The World Business Council for Sustainable Development and its One Planet Business for Biodiversity (OP2B) initiative is finalising a set of climate metrics, linked to existing corporate reporting and disclosure measures, to try to align industry actions and avoid accusations of greenwashing.
