Chemical companies urged to present ‘credible’ decarbonisation plans

A coalition including Amundi and other asset managers is calling on some of Europe’s largest chemical companies to electrify production and set Scope 3 targets aligned with the Paris Agreement goals.

Climate campaigner ShareAction has organised for a group of 15 investors, including Amundi Asset Management and Legal & General Investment Management to call on some of Europe’s biggest chemical companies to set a “credible” decarbonisation strategy.
