Climate litigation study finds growing focus on personal responsibility

With climate litigation on the rise, the LSE’s Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment has put together a report on cases filed in Europe since 1993. It comes with a map and details on the three “waves” of climate litigation.
