Proposals from five EU member states are not ambitious enough to deliver 2030 emissions reduction targets, analysis by the European Climate Neutrality Observatory shows

The EU risks missing its 2030 climate targets because individual member states’ climate plans are “inconsistent and contradictory”, a report by the European Climate Neutrality Observatory, a non-profit monitoring Europe’s progress towards climate neutrality, concludes.
