Clean energy growth is slowing the rise in emissions, says the International Energy Agency

Between 2019 and 2023, global clean energy investment increased by nearly 50 per cent, reaching $1.8tn in 2023, and growing at around 10 per cent a year over the period, finds the latest “Clean energy market monitor” from the International Energy Agency.
