Many young people are choosing not to work for companies they believe have a poor record on environmental, social and governance issues

Not so long ago, going straight from university to work for one of the world’s biggest financial companies might have been viewed as an obvious and advantageous step for some students. Nowadays, however, rather than apply to these companies, many students are choosing to boycott them over their climate records.
