Australia expands sustainable finance policies to boost green investment

The Australian government has announced measures to tackle greenwashing, develop a taxonomy and introduce a sovereign green bonds programme.

During a government investor roundtable in Brisbane last week, Australia’s Treasurer Jim Chalmers revealed a number of green policies to speed up the country’s economic transition.
